FAQ
Do you shoot outside of the Barossa Valley?
Yes!! I always looove shooting all over South Australia. A small travel fee does incur for locations outside of the Barossa Valley.
Do you help with clothing/styling?
Clothing really does make such a difference in photos.
I send through a complete clothing guide to help when deciding what to wear for your session and to get the most out of your photographs.
What happens if the weather is bad on a booked session date?
I really try to avoid rescheduling sessions as much as possible but sometimes mother nature has other plans. If the weather is pouring rain, over 38 degrees, or intense wind we simply organise a new date that suits both parties.
How long will we have to wait for our gallery?
A sneak peak of 4 photographs is sent to your private gallery within 24 hours of your session. Within 7 business days you receive your link to choose your selected photographs for me to then edit and your complete collection is delivered to an online gallery within 18 business days.
What if we need to reschedule?
Easy done! I completely understand that last minute things come up, the kiddo's might be sick or life simply gets in the way. That is no worries at all, I just require 24 hours notice and together we find a new date that will suit.
Do you pick the location of the session?
Sessions can be held anywhere that reflects you and your family. If you guys love the forest lets go explore, if you love open fields, lets roam, if you love the beach lets go enjoy the salty breeze and sand. If you would like it held at your home, let's make some special memories in your humble abode.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, to cover for admin, booking and time I do require a 20% non refundable retainer on all sessions. This retainer holds your booked date and until it is paid, your date is still considered vacant.
